Canada Day

Hi Everybody,
Members of the Laser Fleet were out on Wednesday Afternoon for quite a while enjoying gusty high wind planing conditions on the lake and perhaps practicing for the Turner Cup on Saturday.
Forecasts for Saturday Afternoon are showing a temperature of 22C,feeling like 28C, West Wind 16km/h with gusts to 27km/h, possible showers totaling less than 1mm of rain.
The evening forcast shows 19C, sunny with some cloud, wind dropping and no rain.
Pretty good conditions compared to our recent weather and fine for Sailing, our many on shore activities and the Fireworks.
Perhaps bring an umbrella, and warmer clothes for the evening.
Still room for more Sail Past and Turner Cup Participants, sign up soon or on Saturday
We have a couple of people who would like to crew for the Turner Cup. Would you please reply to me if you need or can accommodate crew and I’ll let them know.
Please come help us Celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday
